I like the idea of this. I will have a think about what I want to read next year and see if it fits. So many great categories.
Great list! I am trying to avoid the 999 challenge, because I get so compulsive about my book lists, but it looks so tempting!
I loved Driving Over Lemons and hope you enjoy it as well. It took me a while to realize that, even though it is a fairly recent book, the author actually moved to Spain in the 1970s.
By the way, we are in The Complete Booker together. So today is my day to check out the blogs of all my fellow participants. What an interesting and creative bunch of fellow readers! Keep up the good work!
